In an attempt to cope with the increase in seafood prices, in the Japanese National Institute of Industrial Science and Technology, they have developed a method for more efficient fish cutting on the conveyor. The system uses a couple of cameras, with which a three -dimensional model of a piece of meat is created and determines how it will be most optimal to divide it into parts.
