Sandisk introduced the most capacious memory card in the world, the potential buyers of which will be primarily video operators, conducting recording in 4K format. It is noted that in a little more than ten years the volume of Sandisk memory has increased by 1000 times (from 512 MB in 2003). The speed of data recording in a new memory card (it will be available in three versions – on 128, 256 and 512 GB) is up to 90 MB/s, reading – up to 95 MB/s. The memory card is designed to work in the temperature range from −25 to +85 degrees Celsius, is dust-, moisture and impact-proceeding, and also has protection against x-ray radiation. The recommended price of new items with a volume of 512 GB will be $ 800.
