It is not surprising that the main manufacturers of smartphones are trying to prepare for the meeting and run the first devices compatible with new connection in advance. Among them are Samsung, which plans to release 5G version Galaxy S10 with six cameras. And one of its prototypes is already shown live. The prototype is probably not yet finished, given the not such optimized framework as we expect Samsung from the new generation, however, a horizontal series of back chambers are visible in the video presented.
On the same raw version of the Galaxy S10, the company tested the launched from December 1 5G in South Korea, making a video call. According to the general director of SK Telecom, Park Jung-Ho, who made a mobile call, the connection was excellent, since he heard the interlocutor without any delays.
So far, the new standard only works for corporate customers and the entire local local operators SK Telecom, KT and LG Uplus, and from March, ordinary users will receive access to 5G. Earlier, the American operator Verizon launched 5G for home use in four cities of the United States: Houston, Los Angeles, Sacramento and Indianapolis.
