In honor of the upcoming Summer Olympic Games, which will be held in the UK from July 27 to August 12, Acer has released a special version of the Iconia Tab A510 Olympic Games Edition tablet. Her announcement took place at the CEBIT 2012 exhibition.
The Olympic edition of the tablet in functionality is practically no different from the standard version of the Iconia Tab A510, presented at the beginning of the year at the CES 2012 exhibition. Iconia Tab A510 tablet is not on sale yet. It is expected that it will appear in April with a price of 500 euros on store shelves in European shelves in Europe.
On the Iconia Tab A510 Olympic Games Edition, the logos of the company and the Olympic Games are applied. It can be purchased in the UK during the Olympic competitions.
The Iconia Tab A510 Olympic Games Edition tablet is equipped with 10.1” a touch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 points, a quad-core 1.3-GHC processor NVIDIA TEGRA 3, has 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of built-in memory and is able to work out in autonomous mode for about 15 hours. ANDROID 4 OS is used to control the device.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The cost of the device is still unknown. According to The Verge resource, a special edition of the Iconia Tab A700 tablet will also be released to the Olympics.
