He increased and modified the structure – now it is not a chair with motorcies, but a flying canvas to which the pilot’s seat is suspended.
Metal pipes form a frame for four “petals” in the shape of a circle, each of which is placed by 19 Elite 5010 274 KV electric motors with propellers.
The source of energy for this breakthrough of the engines is 80 Multistar 4s 5 Batteries.2 AH Lipo, total weight of 35 kg. Their full reserve is enough for only 12 minutes of flight, but for a single pilot, part-time self-taught enthusiast, this is a great result.

Alex Borg conducted all tests and unmanned launches last month, and in early July, he personally swept in his brainchild, called Chair. The trial flight lasted only 8 minutes and delivered a lot of fun to him, and at the same time set the direction for further work – the noise from 76 motors is unbearably loud, it is necessary to reduce. The engineer has already spent about $ 10,000 on his “adult toy”, but there is a hobby and he doesn’t feel sorry for the money.
