The 32-year-old skater from Slovenia set a new Ginness World Warm-acceleration record on a modified electric skateboard to 59.55 miles per hour (95.8 km/h). The Mischo Erban record holder drove on the NEXTBOARD skate through the airport take-off strip in the Portorozh, Slovenia. This achievement was not without bruises and scratches. The video captures how Soldeen flocked several times from the longboard, but this did not stop him, and the record was set.
Note that this is not the first achievement of Mischo Erban – in 2012 he set a speed record for descent from a mountain on a skateboard. Then the speed reached 80.74 miles per hour.
