Almost any Helpouts user can act as an expert. Consultations are divided into categories, including art and music, computers and electronics, cooking, education, fashion and beauty, fitness and nutrition, medical consultations, house and garden. Users will have to provide a list of those in which they can consult. Medical workers will need confirmation of diplomas and certificates.
Users who want to get a consultation must first sign up for an expert. Consultations can be provided both individually and groups, they can be paid and free. Payment can be made using Google Wallet. At the same time, Google will take the commission 20%. Helpouts is currently not available to all users, the service is being tested. When it becomes available to everyone, until it is reported.
