Starting from yesterday, users who decide to leave a review on the application in Google Play, next to the text of their comment will see their own name and photo from the Google profile+. In this way, the company wants not only to attract new users in Google+, but also to reduce the number of offensive comments on the service, since now visitors will be able to see the name of the person who left the message. In addition, having read the review and looking at the user’s photo, Google Play will now be easier to understand how serious it is to relate to this or that messages.
The innovation applies to both the web version of the Google Play store and its mobile version. It is worth noting that all previously published comments on applications will be marked as the user left with the name «A Google User».
