Acer has prepared for the release of the Iconia A3-A20 tablet, which operates under the control of the Android 4 operating system.4 Kitkat.
Inside the novelty «Beat» Silicon Heart MediaTek MT8127. This chip includes four ARM Cortex-A7 computers with a clock frequency of 1.3 GHz and the ARM MALI-450 MP4 graphic accelerator with the support of the HEVC video codec (High Efficiency Video Coding), also known as H.265. The amount of RAM is 1 GB, the built-in flash module contains 16 or 32 GB of information.
The tablet is equipped with a 10.1 inches diagonal sensory display, its resolution — 1280×800 points (IPS matrix is used). Brightness is 350 kD/m2, viewing angles — up to 178 degrees. A 10-point multi-point interface is supported.
The equipment includes a front camera with a 2-megapixel matrix and the main camera with a 5-megapixel sensor. There are wireless adapters wi-fi eeee 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0, receiver of the GPS satellite navigation systems, stereo speakers, Micro-USB and Microhdmi ports slot, Micro-USB ports.
Power provides a battery with a capacity of 4700 mA·h. The device weighs 540 g, its size — 256 x 171.1 x 8.9 mm.
It is expected that the novelty will be demonstrated at the IFA 2014 exhibition, which will be held from September 5 to 10 in Berlin (Germany). The tablet will go on sale at an estimated price of 200 euros.
