Acer Predator X27 and Predator Z271UV: Game Monitors from Diagonal 27 inches

Acer introduced the Predator X27 and Predator Z271UV monitors, designed for use as part of game desktop systems.

Both new items are made using quantum dot technology, which provides a wealth of paints, brightness, depth, image saturation and color rendering accuracy. The screen size is 27 inches diagonally. Monitors support NVIDIA G-Sync technology, which guarantees a smooth transmission of video stream without delay.

The Predator X27 model has a 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels), update frequency 144 Hz, response time of 4 ms and peak brightness of 1000 kD/m2. The 99 percent coverage of the color space Adobe RGB. Acer HDR Ultra technology provides the maximum level of contrast in an expanded dynamic range, and the improved function of local dimming of the screen with LED backlights shares the display into 384 sections and allows you to control (turning it on or off to the backlight) separately.

The Predator Z271UV monitor, in turn, has a concave form (1800R). It has a resolution of WQHD (2560 × 1440 pixels), response time of 1 ms and update frequency up to 165 Hz. Two 7-watt speakers and Acer Trueharmony technology guarantee high sound quality. It is said about the 130 percent coverage of the color space of SRGB.

The Tobi eye movement system has been implemented, which complements the keyboard and the mouse: users will be able to perform some actions by gaze.

Predator monitors use GameView technology. It allows you to perform accurate color correction, set up aiming point and enhance black saturation, which helps to more accurately determine the enemy’s position.
