The more compact and more functional the gadget, the often better. Finnish engineers from the OURA company considered that the tracker should not take up a lot of space for tracking the user health status, so they developed a gadget in the form of a ring. In terms of functionality, the novelty is not inferior to larger devices, such as smart bracelets and hours. The product determines the oxygen content in the blood, heart rate, body temperature, sleep quality, blood pressure and much more. The creators do not voice all opportunities yet. It is likely that the details will be released closer to the release – in October of this year. OURA percussion housing is made of durable waterproof material – zirconium ceramics. Battery life is 3 days, which is quite impressive. The tracker requires no more than one hour of stay in a special stand in the form of a glass. The ring transmits all the collected information to the companion application installed in the smartphone (devices on the IOS and Android OS are supported). In this case, a constant connection with a mobile device is not required. If there is no smartphone by the proximity, the ring will retain the obtained indicators on the built -in memory module, until the opportunity to convey them,. The estimated cost of the ring will be $ 250. Reception of preliminary orders starts in July. OURA tracker will be available in different sizes and colors (so far there are three options: white, glossy black and matte black).
