The case was opened in the district court of the Malnoma district, Oregon. It is here that the American headquarters Adidas is located. The company wanted to create a competitor Nike+ and Garmin sports clock. According to the agreement with THQ, the Micoach simulator 24/7 was supposed to reach January 2012.
