This is an air cushion boat and a plane. Designer – New Zealander Rudy Heeman (Rudy Heeman) spent 11 years on the construction of this apparatus. The lifting weight of the cargo is up to 160 kg, in other words – only two people. The main motor is the engine from Subaru with a volume of 1.8 liters, when the speed reaches 97 km/h, the wings are advanced and the boat is ready to take off. Licenses of the pilot are not required. Lifting above the surface – up to 3m. Obviously, an upward effect is used – like ekranoplanes. Maxmal flight range is 225 km.
