To pay a fine, you need to enter the state number of the car and the number of the registration certificate, select the option «Pay online», then go to the menu «Payment by VISA/MasterCard cards» and fill the necessary fields. Registration in your personal account is not required.
Information about payments enters the system ensuring road safety of the department within 12 hours after payment. After performing the relevant operations, the fine is automatically removed from the database of the system, and a receipt for payment is sent to the user’s e -mail. The service is available to any citizen of Russia 24 hours a day. The commission for the operation is not charged.
Representatives of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia hope that the new service will be in demand by motorists and will help increase the convenience of receiving information and paying fines for traffic violations. An unpaid fine entails not only his forced penalty through the bailiff service, but also the initiation of a case on non -payment, which threatens the offender with a punishment up to administrative arrest for a period of 15 days.
