The new smartphone, according to rumors, is based on an eight-core MediaTek MT6795 chip with 64-bit architecture. Its predecessor Oppo R5 uses 64-bit eight-core Snapdragon 615. The MediaTek MT6795 chip supports a display with a resolution of 2K (2560 × 1600 points), and the frequency of processor nuclei reaches 2.2 GHz.
It is also reported that the Oppo R7 is equipped with a powerful back camera with a resolution of 20.7 MP, most likely based on the Sony IMX 220 EXMOR RS sensor. Unfortunately, it is not yet known when Oppo plans to present a new model and what will be the price of the new product.
