All the above employees, when hiring at AMD, signed an agreement on non -disclosure of official information. AMD claims that checking their working computers has given additional evidence of illegal information collecting.
At the moment, it is not known to what extent NVIDIA was aware of the illegal activities of new employees. AMD refrained from NVIDIA direct accusations of espionage, although it does not exclude that former employees shared secret information with the new employer.
